WHY THIS BLOG?
For a writer, the love they receive from their audience means everything. When you like or share their writings, or simply speak a kind word in appreciation, it feels like heaven. When a writer puts their work out into the world, they are offering a piece of their heart — and in that vulnerability, they find a sense of comfort.
But let me be clear: this doesn’t mean they write for the world. Personally, while I do enjoy sharing my work, I don’t write to impress anyone. I write for myself. Even if I had no audience at all, I would still write — because writing is something I do for my own joy and healing. (I’ve been writing since I was 13!)
That said, your appreciation truly matters. It feels like the cherry on my cake. Your heartfelt words inspire me to write more and more, and for that, I’m deeply grateful.
Now, while this blog is open to the world, it still remains a very personal space for me. Because while Instagram may offer you quick dopamine hits through its 15-second reels, here you are — choosing to linger a little longer in my slow, sincere process of love. So, whoever comes here must be a special kind of person — and this little world of mine warmly welcomes them.
Beyond all of this, I wanted to create something immortal in this ever-mortal world. Something timeless — for my mother and for myself. So that if and when I am gone, my words remain. And through them, perhaps, you can still feel me… still live with me — in this soft, sacred space I’ve built for us.
